  1. What's really annoying is when banks don't tell you that you can overspend, and then charge you extra for spending the money that you didn't have. Because that makes so much sense, if you're wanting to keep customers.

  2. Chase requires you sign up for some extra stuff if you want to overspend, otherwise the card doesn't work. Or at least how they're doing my debit card. Although I'm a bit too obsessive at saving for it to matter.

    On a related note, I was in line at the grocery store today, and the girl in front of me had two card rejected before she just handed the cashier a twenty. Yeah. That's some good spending habits there.

    Regardless, I never liked the idea of spending money I don't have, and likewise don't plan to get a credit card. Only debit, checks, and cash.
